What the data say: Age trends in CIHR's research community

CIHR is excited to share the second article in our What the data say series analyzing trends in CIHR funding and the research we support. 

Our latest article explores how the age of CIHR’s applicant pool evolved between 2005 and 2024. While the overall applicant pool is older, first-time applicants are now entering at younger ages than they were two decades ago.
