Access SPARC Support for CIHR Summer 2026 Planning & Dissemination Grant Competition

CIHR recently launched the Summer 2026 Planning & Dissemination Grant competition (i.e., Other: Planning and Dissemination Grants – ICS) with applications due on June 3, 2026. The competition will provide ~74 awards across 22 different funding pools, valued between $10,000 to $50,000 for 1 year (see Sponsor Descriptions for details). 

SPARC would like to remind applicants that the following resources and support are available for this competition:

  • Updated SPARC Planning & Dissemination Guidebooks and Activity Description Template (available on our CWL-protected CIHR Resources webpage).
    • There are no major changes from the Summer 2026 competition, but please review ResearchNet carefully as there have been minor changes in the Evaluation Criteria and required Attachments over the past 1-2 cycles. These are noted in our Guidebooks.
  • 1:1 consultations to provide guidance on tailoring your application to this funding opportunity.
