NSERC Alliance Grants Option 2 Information Session

SPARC will host Jennifer Bean and Kristina Dixie from NSERC as they present information about the Option 2 stream of the NSERC Alliance grants program. Alliance grants encourage university researchers to collaborate with partner organizations, which can be from the private, public, or not-for-profit sectors. Option 2 grants support projects that address societal challenges that result in new natural sciences and engineering knowledge and societal impact. The session will address in depth the Option 2 additional requirements (Societal Impact, Making Connections, Broad Outcomes) and will also provide some details on the Option 2 review process.

The webinar will be delivered via Zoom and all UBC faculty and staff are invited to attend.
