EDI IN NSERC DISCOVERY GRANTS WEBINAR

SPARC, the UBCO Office of Research Services and the UBC Vancouver Equity and Inclusion Office will host a webinar to support UBC faculty in addressing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the upcoming NSERC Discovery Grant 2021/22 competition.

The webinar will consist of a presentation, a description of how EDI is addressed in different sections of the Discovery Grant, and a review of sample sections from previous grants. Material will be sent to registrants for review ahead of the event, to provide background that will form the basis of the webinar.

The webinar will be delivered via Zoom and all Discovery Grant applicants are invited to attend.
