2024 New Frontiers in Research Fund - Transformation: Test Your Concept Sessions

SPARC is hosting Test Your Concept (TYC) panels for researchers interested in submitting applications to the 2024 New Frontiers in Research Fund Transformation Competition.

These TYC sessions will be held on Zoom, where an interdisciplinary panel will meet with each UBC-led team for 30 minutes to provide constructive feedback on research concepts. The Nominated Principal Investigator, joined by any other members of the required 5-person team, is expected to provide a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation (to be submitted in advance) summarizing their project concept and how it satisfies the criteria of Interdisciplinarity, High risk, High reward, Feasibility, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Early Career Researchers.
