Support available for NSERC-CSE Research Community Projects Focused on Exploratory Analysis for Unstructured Data

NSERC and the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSE)  are partnering for a second (of four joint funding opportunities) new funding opportunity to support Research Communities to conduct unclassified research on cutting-edge technologies in areas of strategic importance to CSE and the Government of Canada. This call focuses on exploratory analysis for unstructured data. For more information, please visit the NSERC webpage for this funding competition.

  • Consultations (Zoom or in-person) are offered on an ongoing basis. Please contact Erin Evoy (erin.evoy@ubc.ca) if you would like to schedule a meeting.
  • Reviews of a complete draft of the letter of intent are also available. If you are interested in a review, to ensure we have time to support all interested applicants, we ask that you contact Erin Evoy (erin.evoy@ubc.ca) by Wednesday, October 9. 

As Faculty-embedded grant facilitators may also offer reviews for this competition, we respectfully request that PIs register either with SPARC or with your in-house grant facilitators to avoid duplication.
