New Offering from SPARC: Test Your Concept Friday

Test Your Concept panels have improved the quality and success outcomes for faculty applying to funding competitions in SSHRC, CFI and CFREF.

  • When: Friday April 15th, 2016 from 9am to 12pm
  • Who will benefit: UBC faculty in the social sciences and humanities who are designing research projects that will need various levels of funding
  • What will you get: a panel of funding experts and past award recipients who will provide advice on funding opportunities and strategies to boost your funding success
  • How: Register by April 12th and you’ll be allocated a 45min slot. Present your project concept/research goals to the panel for 15min and receive feedback for 30min 
  • Next Steps: Register online. Then send us a one-page description of your research project no later than Tuesday, April 12th, 2016

Participants and time preference options will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that future opportunities will also exist to participate in other TYC Friday’s.
