UBC is permitted to submit six (6) proposals to the NSERC CREATE Letter of Intent (LOI) competition. Proposal selection will occur through an internal selection peer-review process, detailed below.

2022/23 UBC CREATE INTERNAL COMPETITION TIMELINE & PROCESS
UBC’s Internal LOI Competition Deadline: Thursday, February 24, 2022, 12 p.m

- Application instructions and cover page for the 2022/23 UBC CREATE Internal Competition are available SPARC's NSERC Resources webpage.
Applicants will receive initial feedback from the Internal Selection Committee in the first week of March and will be asked to revise and resubmit by mid-March.
Notice of selection and feedback from the Internal Selection Committee is due back to applicants by the end of March 2022. SPARC and UBCO ORS will support those teams selected to refine and submit their LOIs to NSERC.
