June 2 SSHRC Insight Grant 2026 Information Session for French Applicants

UBC and Acfas (the French-Canadian organization for the advancement of science) have signed a three-year partnership agreement to provide UBC researchers with access to the French-Language Research Support Service (SARF) from Acfas.

We are delighted to invite you to an information session offered in French to support those who may be considering submitting a SSHRC IG application in French.  The session will be offered by Thierry Drapeau, Director of SARF, and Maud Brunet-Fontaine, Research development advisor at SARF.

The session will highlight all the supports available to our French-speaking scholars interested in submitting their IG applications in French, and will provide strategic guidance on how to prepare a strong application.

All registered attendees will be sent a zoom link prior to the session.
